Partners Place is located on the
University of Oklahoma Research Campus (OURC), a 271-acre
development on the south end of the University's main campus.
The initial phase of OURC incorporates an investment of $240 million and 900,000 square feet of space, including the National Weather Center, the Stephenson Research and Technology Center, the Stephenson Life Sciences Research Center, and three Partners Place buildings.
One Partners Place, a 50,000-square-foot office building, opened in the Fall 2004. Currently, 40,000 square feet are leased with 10,000 square feet available.
The OURC is located in a designated Enterprise Zone, providing enhanced federal and state incentives.
