OU To Receive Innovator Award
The University of Oklahoma’s Center for the Creation of
Economic Wealth (CCEW) has been selected to represent Oklahoma as
the winner of the Southern Growth Policies Board 2010 Innovator
Award. CCEW is a former tenant in NEDC's technology based
incubator, eTec. The award will be presented on June 7 in
Lexington,

Hitachi Groundbreaking: Warehouse In Norman Is Expected To Open In October And Will Add 75 Jobs
On Monday, January 25th, Hitachi celebrated a
decision to grow in Oklahoma. The 200,000-square-foot storage and
distribution facility, coupled with the Hitachi manufacturing plant
at 1800 E Imhoff Road that opened in 1986, will consolidate the
company’s North and South American supply chain operations in
Norman.
